We want you to love your Bondi Sands glow, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our official store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion in its original packaging for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original Bondi Sands packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
